Really nice hotel in a good location. We stayed midweek so the area was very quiet. Lots of ads for weekend music so it's probably noisy then. Room was a good size. Clean and comfortable. We had no contact with hotel staff other than collecting our keys. Great value for what we paid

Have stayed with you before but your food particularly the dinner was terrible I would say apart from the soup the meal was not at all home made. Your food used to be very good but not anymore

It was so close to the ferry. I had just come from Fishguard. The room was really comfortable and there were extra touches such as water, orange juice and even buns. Plenty of towels. It was not too hot and I was able to open the window. The shower was superb

All good, quiet..that is what we needed, only missing a sink downstairs to wash our hands, Also, a kettle was not in the kitchen, and there was no paper or cloth downstairs in the dining/kitchen area to clean after or before we used the table. Even though it was clean, I prefer to clean the area before I eat. But handy as you no need to wash your used dishes:) as was a separate table to leave used dishes. We have not met an owner or staff, but my child, when he went to look at the chicks did and he was nice to him :) thank you

Everything. The ambience of the place is fantastic. It is family run and owned. They are very friendly and the place is spotless. The 'Castle' tower adds a hint of romance despite the fact that you cannot go in. Breakfast is also fantastic. You will not get better.
