Room was good, clean, location is great. Great selection of different salads, staff at main buffet restaurant were very welcoming (mentioning here Omar in particular: after a couple of meals he would even have set our 'preferred table' for us as soon we arrived; and once we got back from getting the buffet, our preferred drinks were already waiting for us).
Also, worth mentioning that we were kindly granted another room because the internet signal in the first one was not good.
The experience was in overall pleasurable. If we come back to Agadir, we will consider staying here again.

They stole my shirt
They stole my shirt
The worst insult that can befall a hotel that is supposed to be five stars is for a customer to lose his belongings while staying in the hotel or forget an item they have and when he asks about it they tell him that it does not exist!!!
This is what happened to me, as I forgot a shirt of material and moral value to me in my room. When I called them, they said that they did not find anything, even though I am a million times certain that I forgot it there. Unfortunately, with this you are harming the reputation of tourism in a beautiful country like Morocco

A wonderful city, beautifully situated on the shore of the ocean. Very friendly people. It's worth taking a ride around the city on a small, open-air train and taking a cable car to the top of the mountain. There are many attractions to see, it's worth coming here, I highly recommend it.

There are many attractions around the town, especially for kids. Taxis are quite cheap, but we didn’t manage to find anyone with kids car seats. We had to hold our toddler on our lap all the time. In many places there are fair and fixed prices, however in the shops near the hotel most of the things are fake, shop workers lie about the prices and the quality of the products. For example, I was told that the earrings I like were 18k gold, and that there is no stamp on them not to ruin the gold. When I said that they don’t weigh or look like gold, he admitted that it was stainless steal, but that they “look just like gold and won’t change colour”. The taxi drivers are mostly helpful and tell you the price straight away. We were able to get to the best places based on their recommendation, since many places take advantage of the tourists.

We found Agadir to be a bit crazy for us.
We found Agadir to be a bit crazy for us. The traffic is insane. We admit to not being wildly adventurous and for that reason we can only comment on what we found in Agadir city and Marina, it was very dirty! The Marina area is recommended by lots of websites but we found it to be run-down and dirty. The streets are also dirty, it wasn’t pleasant. Visit Marjan for your food requirements, all smaller supermarkets will rip you off. You must haggle with the taxi drivers and in the Souk!
I liked the location of the hotel. It's close enough to the beach, and it has its own section. The pools were cleaned every day, and check-in was super easy. Rooms were large, too. It fits our family of four with no problem. They provide water for the rooms everyday and refill it. The spa was great. The price and the staff were so sweet. I did enjoy the little moroccan restaurant they have and the tea they made. The animation was cute, and the kids' club was fun. The hotel itself looks great. I love the setup and how large it is.
Staff - perfect. Especially the three friends, waiters crew - Salah, Soufaine and Abdul! :-) hello boys!
Wifi - laptop 100%, android and ios 60%.
Beach - appr. 10 minutes of walk with kids.
Each day, another dinner (2 x Morocco, Italy, Spain, France, seafood, international). Perfect food.
The luggage weight near reception was very very helpful, if you bought a lot of things there (spices, almost butter etc..)
Clean, great service and facilities.
Overall, I recommend this hotel.
Absolutely clean, nice rooms and best rooftop terrace that we’ve seen in morocco. Hostel is located in a small authentic fisherman village close to the beach and surf break (5min walk). What sets it apart is definitely the staff - all staff were striving to ensure that all guests feel comfortable and are hosts at heart. Good breakfast, free soups and tips for local attractions, surfs shops and tours were also a nice-to-have.
We liked everything! The apartment was clean, had all necessary in room facilities (wifi, kitchenware, toiletries), and had a great view on the ocean. The hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, 15 minutes from restaurants and cafés, and 10 minutes from Agadir Bay area. Breakfast was very good; a mixture of continental and Moroccan food. Last but not least, all staff members were so friendly and helpful.
I have been to many hotels in Morocco and in the world, but never have i seen a service like Labranda les Dunes D'Or Resort. The way all the employees do everything to make your stay pleasant is just amazing. I want to give special thanks to Abderrahman, Naima and Ridwan for your help. They made my stay really comfortable and helped me with a lot of things during my stay. Thank you for an amazing time.
First time in Morocco. I chose the hotel intuitively! Very good hotel, staff - attentive, friendly, ready to help, advise, absolute professionals and competent! good service! Hotel in the center. From the ocean, a maximum of 15 minutes walk. Be sure to learn to surf. The beach is sandy, clean, but there are a lot of people. What does not really bother me, the Moroccans are very friendly!
The hosts were absolutely lovely, helpful and accommodating. Dinner was the best I had during my weeklong stay in Morocco. The place felt like an oasis, tranquil and safe and is well located and easy to find. The furnishings were simple, comfortable and felt like staying in someone’s home rather than a sterile hotel.
I loved the location of the property, it was close to the Agadir beach.
Entertainment at the hotel was awesome. There are two bars, one with entertainment every evening, the beach, Zanzibar close by the hotel for a classy night out.
Good food for an all inclusive stay
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff
This is a home away from home, better than most hotels in Agadir, more authentic and way more welcoming, the hospitality and attention of this family run guest house has no limit and was just amazing. Don't get fooled by tourist hotels and experience the real Morocco here!
The hotel has the features to be a 4 star hotel, gym was a nice feature half in repair,
Plenty of sun loungers at the pool, large rooms, large bed.. it probably was a lovely place 20 years ago.
That said we tried to enjoy best we could .
I loved the Different options of restaurants so we always had a choice. Also alot of pools so wasn't crowded. Good pool side entertainment. Good selection of drinks for all inclusive. Right on the beach. Beautiful spacious room.
Staff friendly, service excellent, comfortable, food and entertainment great. Not crowded. Booked good excursion from hotel. Have spa and Hammam facilities. Traditional style feels really Moroccon. Loved it...
At Cultural Morocco Tours, we consistently choose this hotel as our top recommendation for our guests, and it never fails to impress. We wholeheartedly endorse this hotel for anyone visiting Agadir city.
There is a private company called Dosah travels and Abdellah made our experience the best with excellent excursions. The physical location of the hotel is probably the best thing about the property.
Hotel needs to be 5 stars In my opinion, Very clean, Welcoming staff, great breakfast, location is great, beach is right in front of it, and the pool is fantastic, will come back to it for sure.
Everything was fantastic. Spent the last two days of our month long trip in Morocco at Tikida Golf Palace and was a perfectly luxurious treat for us. Couldn’t have felt more spoilt.
