Suck a nice hotel, all staff very helpful. We left out luggage for one day - as we traveled to Fukuoka for one night and then stayed one day more with them. Good amnesties, you get a special pijamas to go to onsen . Onsen are very relaxing . All areas very clean .

This was the best hotel we have stayed in, the staff were amazing. We would highly recommend the Hotel in every category you can come up with. The room was comfortable and spacious, the view was spectacular and the location was perfect. A walk away from the underground, which was easy to navigate, restraints, cafes and fresh fruit and vegies. It is a 15 minute walk to the Nishiki markets which I. Itself was an amazing place.

Location- Excellent location with good restaurants near by. Hongan ji temple is right next doors. Hotel provides shuttle service to the Kyoto station which is very welcome. The hotel has soothing interiors and calming water bodies. Lovely restaurant for breakfast.

The location was just beside Kujo Station though we walked over from Kyoto Station. The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful and polite, and there was a laundry room with drink vending machine on the floor we stayed. They also provided free tea, coffee and water daily in their restaurant. In the evening, there was a free drink from their bar, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a good time.

The room was all that I needed. It wasn’t large, but the bed and the bathroom were nice. It was easy to get to the Gion neighborhood on one bus and easy to walk to the subway. There were a couple of coffee shops on the block that were great for breakfast. They also did a good job handling my luggage.

I loved the design and interior and all the thoughtful details in the room. Even though it is in the middle of a quite crowded area during the day, it still felt quiet and relaxed there. And the staff was always very kind and willing to help or give recommendations.

Very good location at the center of Kyoto! Wonderful public bath free of charge for the guests is working untill 2 am, so, it is so cool to take a bath after long day walking and sight-seeing! Clean rooms, Highly recommend.
