Room smells good, my wife love the scent. The bed, pillows are comfortable. AC functions well,shower with hot in cold water. Close to the metro station, the receptionist/ staff are very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and we look forward to stay in this hotel again.

The water in the shower room floors drain very slow, causes the water to leak. The room was really clean but somehow maybe the housekeeping overlooked the dust on the glass wall.

It was a brilliant property. Staff were so nice special thank you to Aanchal and simran for making it special for us thank you for everything very helpful we needed a early check in they sorted that out for us too and gave us a room upgrade.

Location was perfect to access restaurants and activities on JBR area. Room was comfortable. Children slept on sofa bed. Service was very good. We were treated to candy and fruit on our room on our last night 😊

Sofa bed was not prepared ahead of time even though reservation was for a family of 4. However, this happens at many hotels where we stay, therefore it is not unique to Amwaj Rotana. The staff was very quick to come set up the sofa bed once we asked.
