Very easy instruction from a fantastic host. Beautifully finished apartment with one of the best views going round. Easy walk into the shops and down for a swim. Did I mention the view.

Only set back need to walk 10-15mins to collect and drop off the key. Suggest to work with nearby outlet for guest convenience. Room door not working properly, rubbish chute not functioning as instructed

Renovations were in progress upstairs so there was drilling banging and constant workmen movement around the room. They shouldn’t be letting rooms while renovations are in progress. The staff got us moved down the road, which was much better.

Several occasions of no hot water - for hours at a time. Told to run tap for 10 mins but still didn’t come through. The guest spa was uncomfortablely cool - I booked somewhere my toddler could swim but he didn’t enjoy it.
