We loved everything about our stay, from the amazing breakfast to the warm reception we got from the lovely couple that owns the place. The room was very good, it was warm, cleaning came every day wich we loved. That bathroom was very cozy and relaxing. We loved the area around, very nice people and the town is just amazing to relax and be in contact with nature. While we were walking it snowed!! The shop are very warm and the people working there just treat like you're family. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality. Very nice family:)

The location is great, near the Tiergarten. The center is just 40 minutes by walk. The room.was very clean and has everything you need. The parking is just under the hotel, which is super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a big kitchen, where you can cook or keep your food in the refrigerator absolutely free of charge

The location was great. We used public transportation for our stay and it was close to central station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Munich!

The location was pretty much close to everything. Bus stop and train station just across the street. Staff were all nice and lovely.

The pillows in our bed was just too soft. Feeling my head sinking into it as i sleep, although its only a minor thing as i was able to sleep soundly anyway after a long day touring.

The location is unbeatable, right on Alexanderplatz. The design of the reception is beautiful, and the top restaurant is the same.

The staff seem to get very annoyed with any unexpected question from the guest, even when they are absolutely right, for example to complain about some basic things like the television not working or the room not being tidied up even though the guest has left the room before 2pm. Certain things need to be asked for twice. The rooms don't have a minibar; this is ok in many economy plus hotels like this one, which usually have vending machines in their lobbies to compensate -- this one doesn't, perhaps so as not to spoil the design.

The location was good and check-in was very easy.

The beds are so soft you can feel the frames. The pillows are old and lumpy. The walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors snoring. The drain in the bathroom stank the whole time. Would not use this place ever again.
