grand selection of breakfast and ample parking. Staffs are attentive and smiling all the time. Love the smell from lobby and hotel room as well. One big plus point is they made a little surprise in room when I mentioned it's our anniversary~Very sweet and lovely service❤️

The unit is spacious, comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub kids love it. Location wise is near city center. Parking lot is spacious for big mpv, plenty of parking lots and the best free parking. Pool with nice kl view.

Check in process was bad, no check in counter had to wait 20minutes before the agent call to get the keys. The was no official receipt given, cause this is a private own unit, totally manage by appointed agents. In the room, they forgot to put towel and we had to wait till 7pm for housekeeping to send us towels. Worst part, during peak time we waited 30minutes to get an elevator. The aisle was not airconditioned, image waiting 30min there in kl hot weather.

The toilet is outside (but just next to ur tent). Even though it is within the tent area..going to toilet at the middle of late night can be scarry.
