A fabulous boutique hotel with beautiful individually decorated & furnished rooms in a palace just behind Teatro Politeama Girabaldi, only a few minutes walk to the main shopping areas cafes & restaurants. The suites are on the top floor accessed via 100 steps or "the first registered lift" in Palermo! The ladies at reception were lovely & arranged a transfer to the airport for me. There were city maps ( not all places provide these ) and other info available & a great collection of books to browse through re: sights of Palermo. Breakfast outside on the terrace was amazing with a vast choice of drinks, sweet & savoury items which was individually prepared for you.

Guests at the bed and breakfast can enjoy an Italian breakfast in the bar next door to the property. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the centre. Marco was very responsive and was always willing to help. Provided great recommendations which made our stay even better. Sleep Inn provides beautiful, clean, and value-for-money accommodation in a charming old building with a great central location. Alessandra was very helpful and made the check-in process very easy, we arrived earlier than the normal check-in time, which was not a problem. The bedroom & bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. Due to the age of the building and its location in the city of Catania, it is impossible to block out all the noise but in my opinion, the building's character and central location for sightseeing were a good compromise.
