The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of different options, the room was clean and spacious, and the location is just a few minutes away from Dublin city centre, so you can reach almost all attractions easily by foot.

Clondalkin is close to the centre of Dublin, however the motorways take a bit of gettng used to, if you are not used to such an intricate network of motorways then you might spend a significant amount of time getting lost and going round in circles. However its close to many things and there is a shopping centre close by with all the popular outlets.

Room service is pizza only after 9pm and a choice of two.
Room service is pizza only after 9pm and a choice of two. I got margarita it was vile, expensive and would not recommend. Breakfast was passable but needed improvement and more attentive floor staff .Room perfect, reception staff lovely but clearly using a computer system that causes delays ,it should not take over 10 mins to check someone in when they arrive after peak check in time. We didnt have dinner in the restaurant so cannot comment but avoid room service after 9pm and walk across to burger king...thank me later.

We stayed just one night on our way back from the West and with an early ferry in the morning and so did not have an opportunity to see the area or use local services. It was a useful place to stay for access to the city centre and looked well cared for.

The hotel has got a great location.
The hotel has got a great location. You can access a lot of different areas of Dublin from here. There are a number of Parkruns that are within easy reach of Clondalkin. I have stayed here before and I would intend to stay here again in the future.

Great parking, a huge shopping centre nearby, & instant access to the main Motorway to the West, a real bonus for a traveller like myself.
I ate very comfortably in my room, having bought in food at the Shopping Centre opposite the hotel. The Clayton hotel staff were very efficient and helpful, they made my overnight a very pleasant experience.
Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. With our rental car we needed just about 15 minutes into Dublin city centre. The breakfast is really good and it's a full Irish. The only thing missing was a fridge in the room, but that's only for me who likes to have cold drinks. For our next Dublin trip, we certainly will stay here again
Money / quality was ok, the hotel is old, very thin walls and if someone walked on the hallway the whole room rattled. Very noise, the bath looked old and somehow not too clean, I got allergy from old carpets and breakfast was also very middle, but the place is cheap.
The restaurant staff were amazing. Big shout out to Tatiana, Melissa and Livia. They were some of the kindest, most thoughtful people of our whole 15 day trip around Ireland. That says a lot because people in Ireland are great!
The night team is great especially the lads working at reception. Always very friendly and warm welcoming. I stay quiet often in this hotel due to work. I definitely recommend this hotel for its price and in general.
Restaurant (Joel's) was excellent as was the breakfast in the hotel itself. Staff were also very professional and helpful and the location of the hotel relative to site seeing in Dublin was fantastic.
Had to book at short notice because of flight issues. The room was very good value for Dublin. I've stayed many times and it has always been comfortable.
Clean Hotel, nice room, warm, bar was nice as was the food. Great location to Dublin for the price and the facilities matched the value for price paid.
