Hotel is clean and welcoming. Close to Venezia Mestre station. Receptionist provided a kettle, cups and milk for these tea drinkers. We only needed a room for one night between journeys and Lugano Torretta provided a comfortable, convenient stay. Included breakfast had good range of choices.

The hotel is situated in a nice and quite urban locality and yet still within a short walking distance to the Train /Bus stations; with a good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Our room and the place in general was kept impeccable clean.

The location was very good - there is a bus stop just a few steps away from where it takes only about 10-15 minutes to reach the main boat hub (Piazza Roma).
The staff were extremely cordial and went all out to help us at every step. They were there 24/7.
They have their own restaurant which is moderately priced and is great for dinner as it stays open till late.
Choose Alla Bianca Hotel for its friendly, informal atmosphere, its comfortable yet affordable rooms and its quiet location only a 10-minute train ride from Venice's historic centre.

Hotel was close to public transport and in a quiet residential area.
The staff made our stay amazing. The lady on reception from Moldova greet us every day with smile in the morning and on first day let us change the groundfloor room on arrival for room at first floor. The gentleman from Bangladesh saved our nights providing better pillows and both of them were really polite, attentive and friendly.
Room cleaned every day with new towels and toiletries.
Small fridge available in the room. Coffee machine available at the reception.
Situated within one of the most characteristic Venetian villas of Marghera, this elegant hotel is found in the centre of one of the most enchanting areas of Venice, City Garden.

The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. They are always available, and made us understand the way of transportation, etc. I felt that the hotel building was an old residential home with a small garden in front. The location is quite good, near to Venice Mestre Rail station, also Central bus station. Venice is also well connected via bus and the bus stop is in 3-4 minutes walkable distance.

Really clean, nice staff and a very good breakfast
The management was very accommodating. They gave us space to snack and visit with our friends and provided us with water. We were blessed and appreciative, especially since we didn’t feel up to going out.
Also, in the morning, the croissants were freshly made for us and the chef was willing to bake another for me if I had the time to wait.
Also, one in our group was ill and the management allowed her to stay longer while the rest of us toured.
VERY accommodating!!!!!!

Close enough to Venice, and decent and reasonably priced restaurants. Almost nothing to do or see, it can be a drag to have to commute to Venice. Not recommended for couples, maybe more a place for families or bigger groups to save some money over staying in Venice.

Quiet residential neighborhood not at all far from central Venice. One bus will take you to one of the main transit hubs and you can walk to all the canals from there. Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere that's less touristy and more affordable if you're not afraid of figuring out public transit in an unfamiliar city.

A very practical place for a short stay to visit Venice. Cheaper than Venice hotels and very easy to go to Venice - short and cheap trip by train or bus. Nothing particuraly interesting in Marghera itself.

Very convenient for Venice if staying on the island is too expensive. Trains take you to the centre and seem to be every ten minutes well into the night so you can fully experience the wonders. Marghera has bars and shops too for an early morning coffee. Quieter than Venice too.

Marghera is a nice, silent city close to Venice.
Marghera is a nice, silent city close to Venice. Our target was to visit Venice with family, and Marghera was a good choice to have a rest after a long day :) The public transport was really great, only 15 minutes to Venice. There are nice, cheap restaurants in Marghera and lovely coffee shops as well. Liked to stay here.
The staff was extremely welcoming: they were attentive to our needs and requests, responsive to your inquiries, and provided assistance when needed. At breakfast, the staff was willing to go the extra mile and that has made a significant difference in creating a welcoming environment and joyful start of the day ( often not found in other hotels!!! where the staff gets grumpy and becomes unwelcoming because you arrive in the breakfast room 15 minutes before the closing time).
Well connected to Venice via bus!
If you are traveling through Italy with your motorbike and want to visit Venice for one or two nights, this hotel is the place to be for you!
+ Secured parking for vehicles. A gate will be opened and closed.
+ Direct Bus connection to Venice (Line 6L) for 1,50€ per drive.
+ Tasty breakfast and a wonderful coffee in the morning
+ The staff really tries to make it a good time for you and your loved ones. They even buy the bus tickets for you.
My recommendation.
A good hotel to stay for few nights.
The location is good and quite. It's near the highway but I didn't hear any noice from there. It's in about 10-15 mins of walk to the railway station. So there are several options to get to Venice: by bus and by train. I prefer by train because it's cheaper, faster and it's more comfy.
Breakfasts are nice here with handmade coffee which is nice.
We were here for the second time and we would come back again.
Not only did our host answer timely, but she also helped us get directions to the property as google maps had it wrong. In addition, she was very welcoming and helped us several times that we had questions. The next day, the continental breakfast was nothing like I've ever had. It was a complete buffet fit for a 5 star hotel. We were incredibly happy with our stay and look forward to staying there the next time we will be back in Venice.
Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was good. The hotel staff was pleasant and helped us with some tips. Bus station is 1 min walk and you need 15 min to Venice. Train station is 5 min walk and other then Venice you have connections to e.g. Padua, Verona. It has paid parking for 10e per day, which you must reserve upfront and it has late parking checkout option for 5 additional euros.
The hotel is as in the description. Old but clean rooms and furniture.
Breakfast, perfect. Everything you need!
The staff, very kind. We forgot a mobile phone when leaving, they called us that they found it in the room and kept it for 8 days until we returned.
Bus stop nearby, restaurants nearby.
On the "wrong" side of the station, the hotel and the rundown industrial neighbourhood are oddly charming.
Super-friendly staff.
The hotel is simple, but has all one needs.
Not to forget: the excellent "diningroom" nearby.
Free parking in gated area, nice clean bathroom, larger shower than most hotels in Europe, good AC, good continental breakfast, lounge area with bar in great condition and excellent customer service. Elevator. Rm 25.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Location was some way from the centre of Venice but we knew this would be the case. Regular buses to Venice centre and tickets sold by the hotel made the trips in very easy
Nice new hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms. Plenty of choice with the buffet breakfast but a bit more limited with the evening menu. The rooms were clean and quiet.
Bus links to Venice were great.
The location is in a quiet spot of the town Marghera, the supermarket is very close to the property and so it is the bus stop to get to Venice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
All the room is comfortable and clean, the reception has tickets for the bus, and the bus station is just in front of the hotel, very convenient for going to Venice center.
Breakfast was good, the room was nice and clean. The staff was helpful. Good parking in the hotel. But and Train are close to the hotel in order to go to Venice.
