It's a big hotel but there are plenty of staff at the check-in counter to make it smooth and painless. Everything works well. The elevators were such that you didn't have to wait long the room was clean.

The location so close to the airport and transport - MRT, buses and airport was brilliant. The food court, supermarket and factory outlet shopping across the square was a welcome surprise. Staff were very helpful. The lap pool looked good though we didn't use it in the rain. The views from the roof were good too. Our room was very quiet with a comfy bed and the fridge and tea and coffee were appreciated
