Very friendly staff. Great spa-location, especially the sauna was very relaxing. Cute location with castlelike structures made us feel like being in a fairytale.

Great property, as we were to leave for airport the next day the location was great. The staff were great, arrived early and they had a room ready. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Very cozy and comfortable place located in the outskirts of Boyle, 5 minute walk from Boyle Abbey and about 50 minute walk through the forest to Lough Key. I was travelling without a car and it was easy to get around. Margot is a great host, very kind and welcoming, it was a pleasure staying at Hillgrove and I'd gladly come back in the future.

Nice and quiet village perfectly situated to explore the surroundings. Very nice personel, and the breakfast was enormous! The room was big and cosy, and the bathroom was perfect. Very short way to Rathcroghan, the Celtic site with enthrilling excavations and information about Ireland in prehistory. Many places to visit within a short drive, which suited us very good. Definitely worth a visit!
