Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, friendly driver that picked me up only few min after I called the hotel to inform them I had picked up my bags. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Staff definitely care about the safety of their guests and for that they get an extra star.

I left a book in my room, took a shuttle to the airport, and the staff promptly, efficiently and courteously brought the book on the next shuttle before my bus out of Chicago. Exceptional service.

Great location, free shuttle to the airport. I actually been surprised how good rooms are looking, almost brand new, spacious with big kitchen. There is microwave and fridge in every room, there is also a sofa and table for work. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast is also good. Highly recommend!
