You will never feel that someone is tired, although you perfectly understand how difficult it is to work like this day and night! Reception, room service, minor repairs - all at a high level. The hotel has a motto "Home to home", and it's true: after a while you will forget that you are a guest)) How valuable it is to get a homely atmosphere in the center of a huge metropolis!
