Maria is a fantastic host with brilliant communication. The apartment is small but beautifully formed with really thoughtful touches. It's lovely and warm inside but things like fleecy blankets to wrap up warm and sit outside on the candlelit balcony with a glass of wine are such a good idea. She even provides rubber boots in case you are staying when there is aqua alta. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever stayed in in a holiday rental. Hat's off to Maria, she is an absolute super star.

Location was great! Quiet place in packed Venice, a true Venice experience for us when we open window, then one sees water below you and local boats passing you by.

The apartment was quite spacious & clean even had all toiletries set up in bathroom,very central next to San marco square Nicola was very helpful & met us at our stop to bring us to the apartment very friendly I would highly recommend this apartment it is nicer than the photos & I will definitely stay here again thank you Nicola😀

The appartment wonderful,cozy,chill,super clean,confortable,modern but with a classical touch...We feel It like our home.Pellestrina IS also a fascinating place but a lil bit far from Venezia.Sure if we going another time try to repeat here! I can't imagine a better owner than her! Was an absolute pleasure to meet and chat to a pure soul and smile like her! Million thanks,you made our travel million times better!

As we were looking to stay close to Arsenale the location was great! Apartment super clean, basic equipment but all what you need. And as in Venice is always hard to find a dry and warm stay - this apartment had both!
