The owner is a great host! Everything was highly organised. Apartment is new, cosy and very clean. Distance from a city centre is around 20mins by foot, but on the other side, area provides you peace, quiet and absolutely amazing seaview and beautiful garden with seats everywhere. We´ve been amazed. Highly recommended! :)

Very friendly and kind owners, as well as their parents. Due to the ongoing work at the neighbouring house, the owner's parents put a cover on our car to protect it from sand dust. Not many people would do that, so really appreciated. Apartment was nice and clean and is pretty close to the beach as well, approx. 50 m walk and you are at the beach.Would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends anytime👍

Vlasniku objekta smo se javili da stižemo i on nas je sačekao ispred garaže. Pokazao nam je gde da parkiramo, predao karticu za ulazak u jedinicu, dao prve informacije gde se može da se obeduje, gde je šetalište, gde su prodavnice. Rekao nam gde su stajališta autobusa. Apartman se nalazi između Pirana i Portoroža. Moj savet je da kola ostavite parkirana i da šetate, jer zaista imate gde. Blizu je hotela Bernardin i Histrion, pa samim tim i plaža. U Apartmanu imate sve što vam treba. Kako smo bili u decembru grejanje je bilo uključeno i bilo je toplo. Sve čisto, lepo sređeno, sa ukusom. Nadam se da ću doći nekom prilikom u proleće ili leto, kako bih videla baštu u punom sjaju.

The host was a very nice man who opened his appartment allready for us at 1.30 PM..He waited for us and gave us the key of the apt..Very nice apt with a garden and beautifull view on the sea..Rather difficult to find but with good GPS (coordinates) no issue..Beds very good, wifi also and there is room for 2 cars, just good because there are only 2 appartments

Cleanliness, modern and tasteful furnishings, perfect place for rest and relaxation. Slovenia’s natural and historical attractions are easily accessible, as well as the nearby regions of Croatia and Italy. Great views, good air, tranquility. We would gladly return anytime. It was our second time here.

Wonderful location at the marina in Portoroz! Sleeping on a houseboat was definitely extraordinary for us! We would definitely recommend it as an adventure for family. (our stay was early April, it was quiet when we were there but could imagine that it becomes noisy during peek season).

Sve je bilo odlicno,ljubazna domacica,prijatna,smestaj odlicna lokacija,pored obale ,okolina svih odlicnih hotela blizina i Portoroza,i Pirana ,sve setnjom pored obale,dorucak odlican raznovrstan,odlican dizajn enterijera,toplo grejanje u martu.Fenomenalno,ponovo bih dosli na isto mesto.
