It was unforgettable staying. The apartment is amazing! Very comfortable, very stylish. Location is perfect not far from the center. The garage is one step from the apartment door. I can't find even the smallest bad detail. Everything little thing is provided. In the minibar in the room and in the common area in the fridge is a huge range of products which can be used for free. Also water, juices wine can be taken for free. Lorenzo is the best host. He gave all necessary information. He advised the best restaurants. Lorenzo, thank you very much!

Lovely boutique apartment hotel in a building over one of Milan's big square. When you come in it's just a small anonymous door and an old and small (but well maintained and perfectly functioning) two-doors elevator - it looks like any other apartment building of the area. Don't let yourself be discouraged, because the place is excellent. Our apartment was two rooms, simple but spacious and with effective (and nice) decor, good beds, well equipped for breakfast (cereals, biscuits, nutella and "fette biscottate", nespresso and milk, all refilled every day). The windows are well insulated so no traffic noise inside. Very good heating in winter and there's an AC for summer (we were there in December so no need of that, but it looked pretty new). The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo and towels. Beds are good and comfortable, the sofa-bed for my 9yo son was as well and he was very happy to sleep there. Nice view from the windows directly on the square. Very, very good service by Tatiana and Michele, we were there on Christmas' eve and we even got a Panettone and Spumante from them. What a delightful surprise! They make you feel at home and relaxed and give plenty of information on the surroundings and the city in general. Good idea to install Whatsapp since that's what is most used in Italy in 2023. :) As of location, a very good one in Milan. The Coin department store is just in front so perfect for some shopping and in classic Milan style there's plenty bakeries, restaurants and eateries in walking distance. The Duomo is a 15 mins walk away, or you can take tramways which bring you everywhere quickly and efficiently. Will absolutely return.

There was plenty of communication received immediately after the booking and a few days before arrival. The team had an easy and descriptive video on how to access the property and was also available for any further questions. The property was spacious, clean, and 10 minutes away on foot from IL Duomo. The rooms were super big, in a building that was very quiet and relaxing, and around the area plenty of bars, restaurants, and things to experience. Cannot recommend enough the property and also the management team.
