It exceeded every expectation we had! The road had a bit water on it, but with the car we had it was pretty fun to drive through it! Once we arrived, we got 2 domes next to each other (one got an upgrade as a result) which made it really lovely! Then in the evening we used the BBQ they provide (on gas) and at night we had a look at the stars. As there's no light in the neighborhood, you can really see all the stars there are! It was cold outside, but thanks to the blankets they provide and the little fireplace, it was really doable.

What a great place! An historic house beautifully restored & adapted for it's current use. The people running it could not have been nicer, they made sure every detail of the room, breakfast etc were perfect. The room was spotless & furnished with great taste, fitting in completely with the age of the building. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Main Street. Having stayed in literally hundreds if not thousands of places over many years, this is one of only a handful that stand out & that one always remember. Definitely a 'go to' place in Heber City.

They gave us good advises tot see the environment. We planned to go early to Zion Park and they made us a grab-and-go breakfast and let us make a pick nick. Just open the cupboards and take what you need... The second morning we had a "proper" breakfast and it was delicious. The room was spacious with a great view. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Annie’s as a stopover between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef. Couldn’t have been more perfect. It was just like staying at a friend’s house. Home grown and home made breakfast. He arranged dinner reservations at the only restaurant, and gave us super directions to the park via a very scenic back route. Would absolutely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. PS Beautiful room with a view!

The host was very accommodating and sweet. We were provided breakfast including pancakes (with homemade syrup), breakfast casserole, and parfait. Everything tasted phenomenal and the room was super clean and comfortable. Being able to use the laundry was also extremely helpful as my friends and I were between hiking trips from Zion to Bryce.

On top of the most beautiful house you could live in, you get a magnificent breakfast homemade by an angel of a woman.

Located in Springdale, 800 metres from Zion National Park, Novel House Inn at Zion provides accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. Great location, beautiful view, welcoming staff, huge breakfast. Everything was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with charming themed rooms. We loved our time there.
