The shower was very fancy and even though we spent one night there the property was very nice

Location was ideal for the conference. Lift was not working all weekend and being on the 3 Rd floor with mobility impairment was challenging. No prior warning that lift was not working on checking in and an offer to assist whilst dealing with another customer.
Poor customer service. Bathroom very small. One very small waste bin in the bathroom to discard everything including tea bags, another bin should be available

We didn't venture into Oldbury town centre as there was no need or time to do so, there is a Sainsburys' very close to the Domo that we used and we ate at a Greene King pub close by which served its purpose. It ideally situated for visiting Dudley, West Bromwich and other surrounding areas. The nature reserves at Sandwell were very pleasant for walking and picnicking.

The hotel is in a run down area with no restaurants nearby.
The hotel is in a run down area with no restaurants nearby. The hotel was convenient for attending a wedding. There are shopping facilities within a short car ride and restaurants also in a car ride.

Honestly this was a last minute booking on route to another hotel as part of a half term break. This hotel is bleak it’s very tired and in need of a complete refurb. We had to move room as the first was like a basement room even though it was ground floor, the shower and towels were mouldy and the sink drain had never been cleaned I can still smell the musty smell on my hands even though I have washed them repeatedly. There are limited lights in the original room giving it a dungeon feel.
The new room is clean and feels nicer as the ceilings are higher is still no great shakes. The double glazing is not fitted correctly and lets lots of draughts in and doesn’t stop any of the noise from the road outside I can literally hear every car going past, the curtains are also on their last legs.
The bathroom is the tiniest I have ever seen in a hotel and had been tiled by someone with their eyes closed.
The only positive are the staff who are very friendly and welcoming.

Attention needed to detail in the rooms.
Attention needed to detail in the rooms. Loose toilet seat, no back on remote control, flickering light in bathroom and no instructions for the heating. Car park was busy and only had one disabled parking bay !
Bed was uncomfortable so neither of us slept well!
Staff were lovely and friendly, location was great. Buffet breakfast was excellent and bonus of free WiFi !
Great family home for a short stay over in Birmingham. Perfect for our family of 5 with a nice lounge space and open plan kitchen with dinning table to enjoy a meal together. A nice garden with both play area for children and wooden decking for adults to sit and relax.
The host Josh was a pleasure to deal with always available for any questions and very prompt!
Highly recommended and I would definitely use again when I am next in the area!
First room - no water, toilet would not flush, lights not working. Moved rooms. Bed lamp hanging off the wall, TV hanging off the wall, shower was just a dribble of water, curtains hanging off the tracks. However it was very clean, bathroom spotless, bedding spotless. Clearly have very good housekeeping staff, shame they can’t focus also on the finer details. Absolutely no life in this hotel at all.
Extremely well thought out semi-detached home with all the comforts of home. Alicia has been very thorough in providing everything a traveller would want in a Homestay. Close to 2 main roads with bus services to Birmingham and West Bromwich. Not easy to find if you're arriving from West Brom' by bus. Alicia does have a pooch but this is a very friendly animal and even non-animal overs would not object.
The breakfasts were excellent, a british breakfast with a gentle spicy taste., all made to order at the time you wanted. This was the second time we have stayed and it didn't disappoint, ideally situated to do "stuff" in and around Birmingham. The staff especially Marie went over and above.to make us welcome.
The staff were so welcoming, it was my boyfriends first time in Birmingham and I don’t think we could have picked a better hotel. The staff are incredible, the breakfast is the best we have had and the room is immaculate. Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough.
the best apartment in Dudley very spacious/ clean and jacuzzi was amazing ! the host is very friendly and helped us with evrything we needed , highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway will be coming back
it was a little surprise giving the location, you would expect to see such a modern little building, inside the interior was just so lovely and unique. not your normal hotel, a lovely pleasant experience.
We like it. We feel safe, it’s was quite. You have to know that Dudley and city around are very industrial but we kind of feel comfortable. Walking to the McDonald’s every morning for fresh coffee.
Great little Boutique Hotel
Location close to the Central Birmingham and great access to Motorways
Fantastic greeting from Maria.
Absolutely Fabulous Breakfast
Will definitely return
The staff were all lovely. But the hotel is a little tired and the food was far from great.
Not too bad for one night, but certainly not the best hotel I've stayed over at.
Clean and stylish hotel with welcoming Staff, food was good too. The room was big and well decorated. Car park facility and lifts. Breakfast was delicious.
