The hotel is on the outside of Corfu city center. It has a pool.
It is a good location for someone with a car or motorcycle. There is a taverna 10 minutes away, which was nice to stay.

The place was literally just a few steps from the Spianada. A few minutes walk from Saroko Square, the Old Fort and oodles of restaurants to choose from. Corfu Town is so gorgeous with its Venetian influence. The island is a delight with its lush greenery compared to starker regions in the south of the country and the people on the island are so friendly. The ladies looking after us at Locandiera exemplified this same friendship. Our breakfasts were great. Our room (On the third floor. Be sure you don’t mind climbing stairs.) was large and super clean. No majestic views out picture windows from this location but you make up for it with great hosts and a central location! You walk out the door and are in the old town. Point to note if you’re thinking of renting a car: parking anywhere in Corfu Town is total nightmare. You “might” find a spot, but you’ll look a looooong time. We rented a car two days and actually rode the bus for ~10 minutes out to the airport and rented a car each day to see the countryside. Finding a parking place wasn’t worth the hassle.
Lacondiera, great place! Definitely recommend.

Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned during our stay too. Breakfast was plenty and tasty and it was served to us personally - we just had to sit down to one of the tables. :) Bus stop, shop are close. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Perama.

We loved the walk up from our villa as stunning views and a quiet road lined with trees giving welcome shade during our September but hot stay.
The village is a beautiful mix of refurbished homes with more traditional and empty intriguing buildings so photogenic in style, colour and beauty.
Narrow paths and steps are too tempting not to explore and sometimes you end up at someone’s home and a dead end whilst other times the narrow paths lead to other wonderful buildings and views
The sunset restaurant/taverna was amazing and had beautiful views in daylight and when we visited again in the evening as the sun set over Adios Gordios bay and the village of Kato Garouna lights illuminated the evening sky, set against a pitch black mountain backdrop.
A village I would be happy to live in and the Restaurant a place with great food and stunning views we would be very happy to visit again.
