The castle and grounds are pristinely kept. The staff are warm and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional and the dungeon bar had amazing dinner options. It is a beautiful setting. Room was beautiful and clean. Shower was great. Carmel was great and the breakfast was fab!! I think the two best two breakfasts I ever got were Carmels and Springview House in Urlingford. Freshly baked scones and brown bread. Fruit Bowl. Choice of cereal. Beautiful fry! Kept me going all day!!! Top class. I really can't praise it enough. Only disappointment was I had to be in Athlone at 9.25 and had to get up early and rush away. I'll defo be back!. Thank you!!
