Staff there was very rude. As we reached little late in the night, he just was u supportive and completely rude I. His behavior. He even did not provide us the room that was booked. It is not at all clean as it is shown in the pictures. Bathroom was very untidy. When I asked him for water he said you get it at 8am next morning. That was totally unacceptable as my parents were there for a vacation with me. And they also were dissatisfied with this kind of behavior.
