The host is very friendly. I felt I could talk with him as I would to a friend. He welcomed me to the towns community and made me feel like home. I cannot stress how good this place is.
I wish I would have not come alone and stayed for more than one night so I could have enjoyed my stay more.

The location is perfect if you want to go for both quick and long hikes but be aware that the paths are only specified a couple of times and the maps are not totally accurate so you might need to ask around in the town to find your way but it shouldn't be too hard.
I received a small breakfast that was not even included in the visit.

The renovation was fantastic, leaving the old wall as a feature was inspirational. Having a cupboard with basic cooking materials was great as you can shop at the local stores and cook using local ingredients. The cafe off the square where breakfast was taken had the most amazing quantity and variety of cakes and biscuits baked on the premises.
