The staff- Carla and Carla made the trip worth it. The lady who is responsible for house keeping is exceptional. Their attitude, professionalism, service and friendliness made my stay very comfortable. The facilities are perfect.

The owner was exceptionally attentive, personable and helpful for everyone. This hotel was SPOTLESS clean that we loved. The location is perfect as it overlooks a small park with a nice peak of the ocean. Quiet, plus the breakfast was very good.

Hotel was modern & fresh. Great location on the beachfront & close to lots of restaurants & bars. Shuttle bus to Taormina was a good service - €5 each way. Staff were very welcoming & helpful. Very good breakfast included & had a lot of choices. No complaints about this hotel.

The location was great the property look was also good. The dinner buffet was good. The property is beautiful and huge including pools, spa and gym facilities and a lift that brought us right to the beach.

Great location across road from beach. Pebble Beach with steep entrance but water incredibly clean and quite still. Staff very helpful. Nice hot shower.

Staff is very unresponsive and non friendly. It is still stuck in the 1980 s . We were really disappointed . No AC in the room although they tell u that it’s working.
