I loved everything about the Beach Apartment! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The host was phenomenal! She had great recommendations for dining. I also accidentally booked the wrong date for leaving and she found us a new place within minutes.

Lido di Ostia Is a fantastic place and a great alternative if you don't want to stay in Rome. But we never got to stay at the Appt Gaudi, be careful booking with an Appartment managed by Ostia Holiday.

The beach looked great and if we were staying longer and the weather was warmer, we would have definitely spent some time there.
There was a lot of restaurants to choose from and the two meals we had were quite good.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our 3 week stay. The number 5 bus stop was across the road from the apartment which stopped across from the train station which took you into Rome. The beach was a walk away with plenty of facilities. Would definitely recommend this apartment and area as it gives lots of options. Our host was always prompt with his answers to our enquiries.

As the seafront of Rome, Lido di Ostia is a great place where one can truly enjoy a local life while having easy access to the historical sites in Rome. To me, the best thing about the town is its proximity to Ostia Antica archaeological site and the sea.

Ostia is ok.
Ostia is ok. The beaches are mostly private and you have to pay , they stop you to go in. There are couple areas pubic. It’s close to Fiumicino so it’s convenient to take a taxi…25euro. There is an area with cheap used books by the public beach, so that was my favorite place.

Lovely town with friends relaxed residents and visitors.
Lovely town with friends relaxed residents and visitors. Huge variety of restaurants of all kinds. Good groceries and specialty shops. Very walkable with and interesting new sights at every turn. The view of the sea cant be beat!
Location very good, metres from the beach (just across the road), shops and eateries around the corner. All areas very clean, staff very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and polite. Breakfast had large variety of choice (sweet/salty). I particularly enjoyed the 'maritozzo' with whipped cream, a Roman delicacy that only few hotels offer (£5 at the coffe shop). Great value for money (this was my 6th visit)
A splendid and cozy corner in Lido di Ostia, warm and friendly staff, active support. The comfort of using virtual keys to enter the house and the apartment. Staff guides from the beginning of your trip and provides detailed information on whatever you need. Nice and bright rooms, the apartment is close to the sea, 15 minutes walk. Easy to contact with. Very satisfied and highly recommended.
We planned to combine attending unlimited sightseeing opportunities of Italy with leisure at see side: this was it - 20-30 min ride on public transit to Rome downtown and 3 minutes walk in swim suite to the beach. This was it! It saved us from exhaustion of heat during daily historical touring. Host Emiliano was great to accommodate some missing items.
Cozy small apartment with all you need for a short stay. We were there for karate competition and the location was perfect, close to the sports hall. The place is clean and walking distance to the train station and beach. Parking is available for free. It is not near the centre of Ostia Lido but very convenient if you are planning a trip to Rome.
Spacious, modern and nicely designed apartment. Suitable for families. Very well equipped, including handy details, such as umbrellas or mosquito repellents. In a walking distance from the beach and 5 minutes from Ostia center. Svetlana gave us very good tips and recommendations reg places to visit. We highly recommend seeing Ostia Antica.
The attentive and courteous staff catered to our every need, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. We were received with a warm welcome. The accpmodations were spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect (near the beach and plenty of street parking). We definitely recommend staying at this hotel. 5 stars!
It was a basic clean and comfortable 50's style hotel for an overnight stay right by the beach. Near restaurants and shops, and very friendly. I had to go to Rome airport at 6:00 AM in the morning, and they packed some croissants for me to take with me as I would miss breakfast, which I heard from my friend was outstanding.
The host was very kind and wonderful! We even locked ourselves out once and he came to the rescue quickly 😅 location is great, next to good cafes, grocery store and about a 15 min walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and maintained well. It’s a nice little neighborhood that isn’t too busy. Would recommend!
Everything was clean, ample storage space, and the communication with the host was excellent. A/C was nice and having a balcony also. The location is not too sunny, close to the beach (10-minute walk), pharmacies, markets and 5-minute walk to the local train station to go to Rome. The price was good too.
A beautiful and relaxing apartment with all the comforts of home. Close to Lido Centro, beach, restaurants and supermarket. A short train ride to Ostia Antica which is amazing. The hosts are super nice, welcoming people and I highly recommend staying here. Would return
Welcoming, comfortable, quiet, yet central to spas, restaurants, shopping, beach. Warm hearted gracious hosts and generous delicious breakfasts on the terrace. About 20 minutes from the airport, 30-45 from Rome central. All around delightful place to stay!
Vittory House at Lido di Ostia is just Wow.
Before checking in, the owner sends you all the details via email and how to easily access the appartment.
It feels like you´re At home away from home 😀😀
Just to perfect. Thank you so Much for you trust.

From what we saw, this hotel was probably the best in Lido di Ostia. Everything was very clean and modern, the hotel staff was very responsive and accommodating, and you can't beat the location - it was perfect!
Across the street from the clean beach and pier with musician buskers. 100 metres from 20 good restaurants. Hotel has a shuttle to take us to the airport.
