The dining experience was beautiful. The shuttle was reasonable and on time. When I was placed in an original room that was very far from the elevator, I asked to be closer to the elevator due to being alone. The staff quickly helped me change rooms.

It was a great stay for one night prior to our departure flight from MXP. We had the room with jacuzzi. The only issue was that the bedroom was upstairs, while the bathroom was downstairs. Meaning at night to go to bathroom you need to come downstairs. But over-all good value.
