The host was very friendly and inspite of language barriers we communicated well enough. The idea that the consumption of gas for heating/warm water is billed separately is 7nusual but encourages to use resources wisely. In March we paid €2 for one night, mainly bathroom and a little sleeping rooms. Considering the spacious accomodation and the low price even 20€ would have been good value.

Extremely friendly host. Greeted us with a smile and was very accommodating for everything we needed. The pool was nice and very clean thanks to a cute robot. The area is gorgeous and the restaurant recommended by the host was exceptional. Our room was huge, with everything we needed. This was the best location we stayed at on our trip and in retrospect, we regretted not booking a longer stay. We will definitely be back in the future.

The house is located on a hillside, and directly reachable from the main road. It has private parking possibility which is safe because the site is closed. The room and bathroom were big, new, modernly designed and clean. There exists a common big fridge for cooling soft drinks. The host is extremely kind and helpful. She herself bakes all the cakes for breakfast, and even offers scrambled eggs which is not usual in Italy.ZoltánHungary

The house has panoramic views towards Manciano and a lovely pool. Shame it was too cold for a swim yet. My son loved tge family dog and kittens. Susanna was very welcoming. For breakfast there was beautiful bread and homemade cakes and a freshly made coffee. I was just sad I didn’t speak Italian and that I couldn’t try it all.

Nice little house is rural settings, 4 minutes drive from Manciano, and 20 minutes from Saturnia Thermals. Very nice and accommodating host. The house is near the host's house, and the host was always available, while allowed for total privacy. Manciano is a great little town with many cafe's and restaurants, as well as a supermarket and many shops. Lovely base to explore the area and enjoy the hot springs.

We had breakfast included and we also booked a dinner - everything was local and homemade, I would go back just to have one more dinner or breakfast there ;) the location is also great, it is about 7-8 minutes away from Saturnia hot springs.

He took very good care that I didn't miss anything in my bicycle trip. Even drove me to the restaurant when my legs said no more. The place is beautiful and great for disconnecting from the world.
