Located in a hilltop town with about 400 residents, Montisi is a beautiful place, as is La Romita, about 20 minutes drive from Sinalunga, a town that has everything you need. We have stayed at La Romita twice m, once for a week, and loved it both times. As you drive into Montisi, La Romita is one of the first places you will see on your left with an iron gate and free parking, and a pool in summer, you don’t have to drive far into the tiny car. The people are very friendly and the views of ancient, well cared for buildings in the town, the olive trees, and the villas scattered on the hills around it are wonderful. Their breakfasts served 8:00-10:00 are also excellent!! Our room with attached bathroom was also fabulous! Get the real taste of Italy here!
How many people can say they’ve stayed in a 15th-century convent? You can if you book Relais Chiostro di Pienza, a charming hotel set right in the heart of Pienza.

The staff was excellent and friendly, accommodating last minute requests. The dinner was the best meal of the trip. Pici, a local pasta with pecorino cheese and shaved truffles, and the BEST sautéed spinach of my entire life! (I enjoy a lot of spinach at home and while traveling!)
Also, the view from the dining tables was spectacular!
Only 492 feet from the center of Pienza, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Piccolo Hotel La Valle offers a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Val D'Orcia valley, where you can enjoy breakfast.

The location of this property and the view were spectacular. A 2 second walk into town and a stunning view of the Tuscan country side. Couldn’t ask for a better position. The rooms were clean and enough space for a one night stay. The breakfast was cute and had everything you needed except bacon etc. but we didn’t care as the pasties and salami alone were delicious as were the plethora of cakes and desserts. If you are looking for a massive hot food spread you will not find it here except scrambled eggs. But honestly it doesn’t matter. It was perfect for us.
Located in Pienza, in a building dating from 2016, A440 in Tuscany features a bio lake and guestrooms with free WiFi.

Very good location, 10 mins walk to Pienza town center, no need to worry about the ZTL. Not just the interior is quite neat, the view from the place is amazing. Don’t forgot to check the pool and enjoy overlooking the orcia valley.
Surrounded by stunning Tuscan countryside in Pienza, La Saracina offers rooms and apartments decorated in traditional style. The property offers a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Entire property was gorgeous, beautiful pool, charming apartments, delicious breakfast. They saved us when our agritourismo plans turned out to be a disaster- and immediately welcomed us.
The Corsignano is in Pienza and has breathtaking views of the Orcia Valley. This family-run hotel offers a terrace with hot tub, and a typical Tuscan restaurant.

small but unique hotel at ancient tiny village . great and profession stuffs. Delicious food and wine call collection at restaurant .
Montisi is a small beautiful village. Our apartment had excellent wi-fi coverage but wi-fi in the village is poor. Montisi has several wonderful places to eat but seating is limited. Definitely need a car to get around the area.

Village is beautiful - dating back to ancient Estruscan...
Village is beautiful - dating back to ancient Estruscan times. It's a hilltop village with incredible views of surrounding valleys. The streets are well kept and feel like a fairytale as you walk through. People are nice and friendly and it felt homely very quick with the two wine bars and small grocery shop. We loved the village.
