It was clean, modern, safe, and close to the airport. The hotel is only about 2 years old. The room was very spacious and beds were comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant on site was very good with an a la cart breakfast for 10 euro, and full menu lunch, dinner and bar. Pizza was amazing. They have a shuttle to the airport for 15 euro for 1-2 people that runs 24 hours. It picks up and drops off by the water tower near the front entrance of the airport. Highly recommend this gem of a boutique hotel. The hotel looks exactly as the pictures presented on their website.

Bus stop virtually outside the front gate that went to the nearby airport in one direction and to Venice in the other.. It's in a totally rural setting with lovely grounds and lots of interesting features for kids to explore. The rooms are large, nothing too flash, functional with a nice bathroom.
The breakfast was superb and covered all tastes and cultures.

The apartment was clean, spacious and close to the airport and bus line. We were able to check in a couple hours early. The host was helpful. For three adults we had two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and living room. It was very spacious. We appreciated the coffee, juice and pastries.

Convenient location near the Venice airport. Clean with all the basic necessities and plenty of parking.

Very good location for the airport, takes under 10 minutes to walk. Equally there is a bus stop right outside. Easy to arrive also from Venice. I took a bus from Maestre and it was very easy and quick. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. They even provided a bottle of water and some fruit and a pastry ready for a breakfast/ snack. The wifi is good. The bed was not that comfortable, I found it to be hard and could feel some of the springs. But for one night it was ideal.

It was really nice!
It was really nice!
There were a language barrier with the waiter, but she was really sweet and service minded.
The language barrier meant that our group couldn’t spilt the bill, for the excellent food, which created some awkward moments because we were together for the first time and didn’t know each other.

Due to a flight cancellation, we booked a last-minute deluxe king room - which was the most expensive room available. The pictures are far better than the actual property. Our room was up 2 flights of marble stairs and once inside the room - the bed was up another flight of wooden stairs. We dropped off our luggage and walked down to the Marriott and hung out in their bar and had dinner there. We only came back to sleep in the room. The water in the shower went from hot to cold repeatedly. The cost of the shuttle at the hotel is 15 euros, but they didnt tell us the shuttle goes to multiple properties and that they dont drop you at the airport entrance (we need to walk a bit with 4 suitcases which was not easy). For the same 15 euros we could have called a taxi as we did for the ride over. I would only recommend this property to someone who is in a bind as we were. Total cost was over $300 with the city tax and shuttle ride. Lastly, we didnt have the breakfast we paid for because it wasnt available until 7am and we had to leave by then. Coffee was not in the room or lobby so in my opinion they arent very concerned with giving a customer a nice experience for the money.

Tessera is a small town next to VCE with several airport hotels and a half dozen restaurants. Works well for a quick stop-over before or after your flight from VCE. Can easily access the historic area of Venice via Bus #5 which offers direct service to the historic area with a bus stop directly in front of the Marriott in Tessera. Round-trip fare is approximately 3 euros for the 20-25min trip.

Barbara & Matteo were wonderful hosts.
Barbara & Matteo were wonderful hosts. They nawered all our email questions promptly and accommodated our late arrival very graciously. Breakfast was varied & delicious, including the coffee options. They even called a taxi for us. The room was clean and modern as well, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. All in all, a great experience.
The room was very clean and the location was only two bus stops from the airport. It’s also very quite. The bus stop for the hotel is a very short walk from the front door. It’s a great location close to the airport if you arrive late before heading into Venice the next morning or being close for an early morning flight when you leave. The breakfast is self serve with a wide range of choice. There is also a really good restaurant and pizzeria next door. There is a lot to recommend this hotel.
We visited Venice for two days and had an early flight leaving for Bari. The location is literally next to Venice (Marco Polo) airport which is convenient however, if you have luggage, you're going to need transport to the airport. Also, its very well connected to Venice itself with regular buses from Tessera a 5/10 minute walk down the road. Bus takes 20 minutes. As long as you don't get off at the airport (its the same bus), you can use day passes to get to/from Venice.
We chose this hotel for its' location and we were not disappointed. It was very easy to catch a bus from right outside the hotel to the tourist area of Venice, and then to return to the hotel.
The hotel helped us to organised an airport transfer as we had a bicycle to transport (bus would work well for this too with regular luggage.)
The breakfast was efficient and delicious.
My daughter loved visiting the donkeys at this resort.
Perfect location for a first night in or last night out of the Venice airport. Staff was very friendly and flexible, letting me check in early to ditch my bags and salvage the day after a flight cancellation. Know it's not a luxury hotel, with shared bathrooms and sparse room decor, but for what it is it is great. It really is walking distance from the airport and you can also take a bus to get just within a few blocks.
The apartment in Tessera is a short walk from Marco Polo airport in Venice, where our flight departed from next day. The apartment was booked for its convenience. The facilities were good, including a fridge with some drinks and yoghurts, and even a washing machine if you needed it. The apartment is close to a couple of local restaurants so we were able to get an evening meal when we arrived.
It felt like a B&B. it's a self check in, but if you arrive early, there is someone to help you.
Everything has been remodel. So it has a modern look to it, from the light switches, to the electric window shades.
Bathroom is spacious and classy. it's a wow, when you walk inside.
You can pick up the City bus on the main road, 4 to 5 minute walk from the Hotel. To Venice or to the Airport.
The pool was a bonus given the hot weather, but recliners are so old and tatty.
The number 5 bus route is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and brings you to the center of Venice.
Also very close to Marco Polo airport.
Beds clean and rooms well air-conditioned.
A good option for a short one or two day stay, and to commuteto airport or venice central,, but not for any 4 star experience.
The hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance from the airport. At the same time, the hotel is located in a quiet, cozy place and you can quickly get to the city center by bus. The two-room suite was quite spacious and clean. The style of the rooms added coziness and a homely atmosphere. A fairly rich breakfast brightened up the sunny morning.
it so clean, it so friendly, the breakfast was awesome. the property is so nice. one of the hotels we ever visited. highly recommend. if you want to visit Venice just stay there. there is a bus stop right outside the property who takes you to piazzale di Roma in 20’. from there you take the boat bus to San Marco. Perfect location.
Our flight out of Venice was cancelled and we quickly chose this hotel because of the location. The owner/manager was great. She sent someone to pick us up and got us back to the airport at 4 am the next morning. She was so helpful! Clean, comfortable place, walkable to restaurants. Highly recommend.
The property is near Venice airport, a 30~40 minutes walk to the departure area (I didn't have suitcases). The hotel itself it unstaffed, but it did not affect my stay, the instructions send by e-mail where clear. There are few restaurants in the area, but there is a take away pizzeria nearby.
great loco near the airport- we landed late and it was super convenient.
the room was specious and clean the hotel staff were all kind and helpful and breakfast was great.
with our car it took us 15 minutes to the nearest parking before entering Venice, so that was also great choice.
Perfect for a stay over when having to catch an early flight from Venice. Located at the small village at the airport. If you want you can easily walk there (not with heavy suitcases though). Space outside of the house also. Recommend the restaurant at the hotel around the corner.
We stayed at Ca' Tessera Venice Airport because our flight was leaving very early in the morning.
However, the little we saw was very nice with friendly and helpful staff !
