the location is a little far from city center but is close to university. That being said, they can give you lifts to your desired destination.The room is very clean! and all the staff members are kind.The service is very good, especially Mr.Wu who works at the reception desk and was very helpful !!

The hotel is old but the room is clean. The breakfast was enough. It is a walk from the station but actually doable. To the hotel I took a taxi from Tsukuba station, but in the morning I opted to walk and it took about 20 minutes.
