We had little involvement with Cary as a tourist. We were there to help with a family house move. There are plenty of restaurants and stores, though, by design, they're often concealed from the streets by trees. Navigation by car around Cary is, in my opinion, totally impossible for a stranger without a GPS. The road layout looks like a spider web. (Circles, spokes, blind curves, lots of lane shifts.) I didn't have to leave the hotel to get a good meal. I especially liked the Omelet Station and all the other hot food options that were included in the free breakfast. The grits was superb! The master bedroom’s bathroom makes you feel like you are staying in a hotel suite. The bathtub was amazing to relax in it. The host was very responsive. I asked for a second set of keys and they brought it right away. I can’t recommend it enough. I would definitely stay again.

I also appreciated the artwork by local artists throughout the hotel; it made our stay so different from cookie-cutter hotels that have standardized artwork. The meals were excellent (we had breakfast and dinner). I also enjoyed the quiet library space for working one morning.
