Very affordable and good location. Clean and comfortable
Overall Gulfport is a beautiful place to visit. So much to do...rather fishing walking in the very nice parks, lodging on the beach eating or going to the casino. And let's not forget shopping at the Outlet mall. It really is a nice vacation spot. Wild wings is very affordable and has very good food. Texas Roadhouse is a good one as well. There was nothing extremely negative about this trip.

Clean room with a comfy bed at a good price.
Clean room with a comfy bed at a good price. Breakfast was solid and coffee was actually pretty decent. Heater in the room was loud and cycled on multiple times per hour making getting a good night sleep challenging.

Gulfport is wonderful!
Gulfport is wonderful! Area restaurants are great, always someplace to go for good music and seafood! Traffic is easy to work with. Some public transportation for local things. Try to fly into Gulfport/Biloxi instead of New Orleans. Easy drive (85 min.) to NOLA.

Beach was OK. Water is not good at all.
Beach was OK. Water is not good at all.
If you get a late start going out at night, you might want to make plans in advance to make sure you can find a place to eat. We were there on Memorial Day. Nothing was going on, there wasn’t any traffic- no people roaming around, nothing!! Activity centers closed at 10pm.

I love Gulfport!
I love Gulfport! The outlets are there, casinos, beach and lots of nice places to eat. There are plenty of things to do for everyone. It is only four hours from where I live so not a bad weekend trip! The outlets have lots of nice shops to shop at. It is really big. The have casinos in town if you are into that. They have endless hotels, restaurants, lovely beach and places to shop. You are not far from New Orleans if you want to go into Florida so all the way around a central area. I love it!

I was so hard to find at night.
I was so hard to find at night. We saw it from I-10, but for the life of me, we could not figure out how to get to the front of the motel. We tried the Flying J and Wendy's, but I guess we had to work around Wendy's. It was too dark to even be sure of the road and then it had turns that were hard to see.
The hotel is set up as a drive up motel with the rooms facing out to the parking area. Usually these type of rooms have very poor temperature control but this hotel had a great air conditioning system. The staff were very efficient and the breakfast provided was fresh and had a good variety. It is close to the beach front and Gulfport is nicer than many of the cities on the gulf
I went here two years ago. I can tell the hotel is visited a lot. Things need to be freshened up. Chairs in the room looked dirty. Paint needed touching up on doorways, baseboards etc. Trashcans were full outside by the water fountains constantly. Hallway in the hotel had someone’s chewed sunflower seeds for two days until I reported it.
Not much. It was advertised showing nice rooms, nice pool, and continental breakfast; none of it was true. However, we do understand that it is under new management and the entire hotel is going to be renovated. We did notice some work had begun in the main lobby area. There was a pool; it was usable but it needs a face-lift as well.
Traveled by myself to look at a property in Long Beach. I tried to save a little money and rented my first low-cost hotel room. I was shocked at how well maintained the property was. My wife decided to join me and was equally impressed. We even brought all our own clean linen and didn't need to use it.
The rooms were decent, offering a fair level of cleanliness and comfort, making it suitable for a single night stay. Moreover, the hotel's attractive rates make it a budget-friendly option for those looking for a cost-effective accommodation choice.
room was not cleaned bed was not ready some body slept bathroom wasbfull of pee urine not flushed cleaned by early customer.
not cleaned by the hotel staff. No other room was provided. We have to llok for other hotel at midnight
Breakfast was simple but good. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpfull and it was very clean. I was very comfortable during my stay and the hotel has a nice peaceful atmosphere.
The staff is super friendly. The room was really nice and the first thing I always do when checking into a hotel room is check for bed bugs. This facility is bed bug free!!
The hotel is located directly across from the beach, and is convenient to all Gulfport has to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good.
