Our family had a pleasant overnight stay at this place. The rooms were neatly maintained; the dining & kitchen area were fully equipped for our needs. It was raining when we stayed so even if all 5Brs & living room had A/Cs available, the weather was cool enough so that some of us just opted for natural temp. There were electric mosquito/insect killers provided in dining/living area in case needed. Boardgames were also available as well as Karaoke and wifi & Netflix access. While the road leading to the property is initially steep, it eventually flattens where the house is located. The place is quiet with a lot of surrounding greenery and allows a view of the lake. We didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather but had the chance to use jacuzzi before we left (there was a brief fair weather interval). The caretaker (Ate Myrna) was very helpful & responsive and some issues or requests were acted upon soonest. The owner also monitored & checked on us during our stay. We would love to go back to this place because of our pleasant experience but hopefully for at least a few days to enjoy fully what the place offers. An overnight stay was “bitin”😂

I love that the house is clean and well maintained. They have everything you need especially if you opt to just cook rather than dine out. The bathrooms have water heater, the rooms are spacious and they provided fresh linens and towels for all the guests. It is also close to different spots in Tagaytay like Picnic Grove and Our Lady of Lourdes Church. It is just a few minutes away from Ayala Mall Serin which is so convenient. The caretaker, Ate Baby was also friendly and helpful. On top of all that, what I loved the most is that the host, Ms. Maria was so accommodating and understanding that even if we had to move our stay from July 13-15 to July 24-26 because of unexpected circumstances, she was so open and entertained our request. She would check to make sure that we have everything we need and we are enjoying our stay. Charming Vacation Home is truly a gem in Tagaytay and we look forward to our next stay!

I love the house. The rooms and restrooms are very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The pool and jacuzzi is a plus! Great location as well.

Underground parking close to the elevator. I like the cabinets and bed, plenty of cooking utensil useful for longer stay. The room is still being clean when we arrived but the two cleaning ladies are great and finished up quickly. I told them I only need clean bedding done because my elder sister is very tired of the long drive but the ladies said they need to follow procedures of presentation and take pictures to be send to the unit owner and they are really great.❤️💖❤️

There's nearby grocery, food shops and even to public transportation 😊 the host is also very accommodating and responsive even to chat. They have a clean place and utensils are available on the cabinets for usage.
