The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well designed. The breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful. The hotel located in a quite place but close to Venice attractions.

Il Santa Croce Boutique Hotel vi accoglie nel quartiere Santa Croce di Venezia, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Ferroviaria di Venezia Santa Lucia e dal Ponte di Rialto. The hotel is in a locals area and so quieter than if you were staying closer to one of the main tourist spots and so good when eating out nearby and for sleeping as it was very quiet. It is also very close to the bus terminal and railway station so if you have bags it's not too bad walking with them and less bridges to cross. The reception from Marco and Marco (yes) was very welcoming and all the staff during our stay couldn't do enough to be of service and the breakfast is very good. The room is larger than you might expect in Europe and the bathroom was very modern and the building has a lift. It is only 15 mins walk to the Rialto and other main locations so easy to get around and lots and lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. I would most definetely stay here again if I was visiting Venice.

Ricavato da una piccola residenza nobiliare situata nel centro di Venezia, questo hotel boutique a 4 stelle combina uno scenario storico con un design classico e con i comfort moderni. Very beautiful hotel with more beautiful rooms. We had room with the canal view and it was amazing, totally worth to pay a little more for the view. Room was big enough for two and we had very comfy bed, nice big bathroom and there were bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was with more choices than usually it Italy, very friendly stuff every morning and excellent coffee. Hotel is in a perfect location, everything is in a walking distance and you can have also vaporetto, if you dont want to walk. It was also very nice surprise for us that we had a boat trip to Murano glass factory with excursion and it was from hotel free for us. Definitely we will stay there again next time in Venice!

Con viste panoramiche sul Canal Grande, l'Hotel Palazzo Giovanelli occupa un edificio cinquecentesco. Piazza San Marco dista solo 2 fermate in vaporetto. Hotel is beautiful. We booked the gran canal facing suite. Really nice large room with terrific views. And the staff were crazy accommodating and nice. And helped with restaurants and what to do to get around.

Amazing breakfast and one of the most gentle staff I have ever seen in Italy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
