The hotel staff is exceptional - I got on a cab at the hotel lobby & put my suitcase in the taxi trunk. When I got off the car, I realised that I didn’t retrieve my luggage. It was a nightmare. THANK GOD I called Centara to inform them about this situation & they were SO helpful. While I was at the police station filing a missing item report, Centara called me several times to tell me they’ll check the CCTV & get info on the taxi plate # etc. In the end, they got the taxi driver to return my suitcase back to the hotel on the same day. Thanks to the hotel staff I didn’t lose my important & valuable belongings! Their approach to the situation was efficient & even better than the Japanese cops! They are extremely personal towards their clients & I extended my stay for another few nights, because of this ordeal. I really owe them one!
