I loved the location as there wasn’t much traffic, and close to a train station. I’ve been to Tokyo before so I know how overly packed some hotels get, but this location was perfect. The overall feel of the hotel felt relaxing, and could kick back after walking all day or riding busy subways. Overall I would recommend to anyone that wants a nice elegant stay. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I have stayed here twice now and met a great gentleman called kumer on reception and he a happy soul who went up and beyond his duties on several occasions to make sure I was happy, to even helping me to my room and checking everything was good and ok to even helping me to sort my domino pizza by communicating with the shop that it was a genuine order. I have had four different rooms here of different caliber and they have been very comfortable and clean with the usual coffee and brown sugar. The hotel is situated in a very exclusive area near the Tokyo tower and park with several convenience stores close by and as usual there are several stations or buses if you feel brave enough to get you into town or a good 20 min walk if you like. 10/10

Andika-san, who helped with my check-in is superb. He went out of his way to show me how to use all the appliances in the room and assisted me again when I couldn't make the work. It is great to have a laundry machine in the room because I travel very light and appreciate the ability to do a small load of laundry without having to spend time outside to do that.
