The room (2123) Premium Ocean view was beautiful, spacious, squeaky clean, with all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a Hilton Hotel, beautiful balcony with an extended ocean view. The staff courteous, professional and very helpful in all venues. People like Luis at the Bar with his witty humor and Alejandra in the Panamanian restaurant with her professional charm, go a long way in making a difference. First time I have seen in a Hotel a TV displaying all available channels summarized in one page with their logos, immensely facilitating the usual burden of identifying the available channels. Overall a great experience at the Balboa Hilton. Will surely return in our next trip ti Panama

She really went out of her way to arrange my trip and it was obvious that she genuinely cared. Fantastic service.

The view from my bedroom was amazing to other well known buildings of Panamá The staff was very kind and helpful Next to the reception area they have a company to provide tourism services, it was so nice for a full day trip included the Panamá Canal They help us to save our bags for some hours after the checkout, it was very kind.
