Wonderful experience, the people at the entrance and bar are wonderful, great service. Great Chardonnay. My room was quiet to the inside. Some guests could leave more quiet in the morning, without letting their suitcases jump down the stairs. However, rude guests are not a fault of the hotel. Good air-condition, but not needed at night because the hotel is well isolated (at least my room was). Hotel is located perfectly. BTW, I had 3 other places in Puerto Rico (traveled around the island) and these were disgusting.

I wanted somewhere in PR that wasn’t super touristy. This was perfect! The hospitality from the moment we arrived was oustanding! I met some really great people and ate great food! Beach was 10 mins from the hotel! Lots of little bars and restaurants around! I couldnt have asked for more! I had a great stay overall!!

Enjoy stunning views of the San Juan Bay and easy access to historic sites and local attractions at Hotel Rumbao, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. The location was perfect right in the heart of old San Juan. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff went out of teir way to help us and make our stay pleasant especially when our flight was cancelled.
