You made us feel at home in the best possible way. We greatly appreciate your excellent taste and sense for design details. Only the best of everything in an understated way. The hotel is nice and modern, perfect location for someone visiting LA for the first time! The hotel staff is courteous and made us feel right at home! We were able to check in early and offered the option to keep our luggage hours after check out! Lili took it upon her hands to make sure the whole staff knew about my daughter’s birthday and made her feel super special! The only negative aspect was the in room dining .. Would definitely recommend and will choose the Loews Hollywood for our next stay.
