Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, New Contemporary Guest House in Studio City Hills is set in Los Angeles. This is an excellent place to stay. Landlord is very kind and the place is well built and amply supplied. There was even a big jar of Peet's Coffee and a coffee maker, spices for cooking, filtered water in the big fridge. We loved the garden. Peaceful, relaxing. A perfect place to have coffee in the morning or a drink at night. The location is ideal. Close to anything you might want and in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent value.

I liked the hot shower. I read some reviews about it being cold. I was worried about that. I let the water run for a few minutes in the shower and it stayed hot the entire time. Location is easy to travel from. Neighborhood is nice in studio city. CBS Studios is across the street.
