Helen and her team makes you feel comfortable all the time. We were upgraded to the Marylin cottage. Splendid. Lovely place - great location. It does not get better.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from the Sunset Strip, the Andaz West Hollywood - a Concept by Hyatt features onsite dining and a rooftop pool. The pool and playlist here are the stars of the show. The staff are incredible and very accomodating. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
