Loved the decor with all of the Harlem Renaissance references. The lobby was always a vibe with great music, people, atmosphere. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I’d actually want to spend time in the lobby! The staff were all fun and friendly. Loved the iconic location right next to the Apollo!

Really comfortable hotel. The room is big, decor is quit updated, the bed is really comfortable. The little vending space ate the lobby is very convenient. The gym is ok, nice equipments. I was there to attend a course at Columbia Business School, and the location was perfect, walking distance (about 15 min walk). Many options of public transport nearby (Subway A and C 1 block away, Subways 2 and 3 2 blocks away). Staff was really friendly and helpful.

I am obsessed with this place. It was clean, spacious and beautiful. Everything we could need was provided for us and the bed was so comfortable. The building itself is very cool and best of all it is run by a genuinely lovely woman. Would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent location, a few blocks away from Metro station. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and beautiful. The room was super clean. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the Uptown.
