Everything was amazing at Arlo. The room was modern, comfortable and clean. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful and there was always at least one staff member available. The location is perfect for exploring Manhattan and there are lots of great eateries and bars close by. Will definitely stay again!

Featuring a full-service spa and 4 restaurants, this 46-story Manhattan hotel has rooms that offer a minibar and floor-to-ceiling windows. The views were exceptional. The room was beautiful. There was welcoming energy as soon as I stepped out of my car, which set the tone for my whole stay. I didn’t want to leave. Everyone was super nice. You can see how much the staff cares about their service.

Located in SoHo, an area known for fashion, art and shops, this hotel offers two bars and a restaurant on-site. Guests can enjoy views of the city from the rooftop. The location was brilliant for the avid shopper as the designer stores of Soho are steps away from the hotel door. The room had an amazing view to the south of the city and was just the right size for us. The hotel has a cool, arty vibe but still has the authentic New York feel. In room dining for breakfast was brilliant and they have a fine selection available - with very prompt and polite service. Kristy at the Main Reception was particularly helpful and provided us with numerous wonderful recommendations. Overall an extremely pleasant stay.
