Incredibly charming hotel, we will come back for sure! We stayed for 8 nights : one night in the « Nomad » room and 7 nights in « The Bunk » room. First of all, prior to our arrival, the concierges were very responsive to all of our questions and demands. On site, the staff is so helpful and you can feel that they want to make your stay enjoyable. Each room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfy. The common areas were delightful and luxurious, with fresh flowers and incredible attention to detail. You can tell that the owners really put some thought into every little aspect of the hotel. The Nomad is a spacious room with a peak on the ocean. The Polaroid in this room was really a great surprise and we had fun with it. The Bunk is a smaller room without any view, but we preferred it for our week stay because of the kitchenette (large sink, mini fridge, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, large Breville toaster oven / air fryer). We were traveling with our 7 year old son, so the kitchenette was really useful for us. Parking was plentiful on the street and we did not need to pay. The location was fantastic. Plenty of shops, restaurants and of course, the ocean (and the seals!!!), all within a very short walking distance. All and all, we had a fabulous stay and it was the best hotel we have ever experienced.

Staff was really nice and the room with balcony was clean, comfortable and it felt safe!

Located 5 miles from La Jolla town centre and nearby beaches, this hotel boasts a large heated pool and hot tub. All rooms are equipped with iHome docking stations. All staff was kind and helpful. Pool and yawn games were perfect to spend family fun. 100/10

Take in the fresh ocean breezes as you soak up the La Jolla sunshine in one of the country's most romantic honeymoon destinations. Close to everything, shopping restaurants, beach, parc... I love this area will come back to stay longer next time.

Situated in La Jolla, California town centre, this boutique inn offers spacious Balinese inspired rooms with well-equipped kitchens, fireplaces and Pacific Ocean views. Everything was very nice, my family and I was enjoy the place, personal on front desk was very nice people.

The Grande Colonial La Jolla is a hotel from a past era, and in a good way. There's plenty of comfort and convenience, but the building and decor feel like last-century coastal California... and I mean that as high praise. I notice from the hotel's photos that there are rooms with ocean views, but I didn't know that when I booked and I was very pleased with our room and its view on main street La Jolla. A great stay, if too short.
