Despite being small, the room is well equipped so everything fits in without a struggle. Every piece of furniture is new and most of all very clean (I have some allergies but I was never sick in the hotel - meaning it was really clean). I appreciated the control system with the iPad to control the lights and the curtains/blinds. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. The view on the waterfront is nice and the waterfront itself is a nice area to walk or to go running. The design of the hotel is also cool with cool common areas.

This Seattle hotel is located across the street from T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners, and next to Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Sounders. Great service & 5 star rooms

The facilities, including a large swimming pool and hot tub, were excellent, and the staff were so accommodating. Our room was extremely comfortable, with an amazing view out over the city. The buffet breakfast, with made-to-order omelettes - which were huge! - was a great way to start the day, and the evening reception was a lovely way to finish it. If you're coming for a sports or music event at the stadium, it's literally next door, whilst the downtown tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. Definitely stay here if you can.
