Location is central, close to fun activities, metro, tram and restaurants. They gave the suggestions to awesome restaurants for lunch and dinner and even gave cards that offered free drinks with our meals at the restaurant. Awesome and friendly staff.

The hotel is a historical building and it is amazing. The staff are absolutely helpful and friendly. We had a great time staying there. We like the little garden in the property and it is so peaceful and beautiful. Strongly recommend those who stay in the hotel to try out the breakfast in the hotel, the view and morning ray into the dining area is simply breath-taking. Good variety of food choices and most important of all, they taste good and you will be completely pampered by the staff.

Staff was really lovely and gentle, they made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Maids also made sure our bedroom was supplied and clean everyday. The neighborhood which the hotel is located can be noisy but we could barely hear the noise from outside. It had blockout and soundproof windows! The bed was really comfy and it had a great balcony view.

Perfectly located in the middle of Lisboa. Breakfast on the terrace with beautiful view was really nice. The beds are comfortable, nothing to hear from the street when window closed and aircon is quiet. It was my second time in Lisboa, I woul always recommend the hotel.

Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a superior room with a kitchenette which exceeded our expectations and was quite a welcoming surprised. Ana was kind enough to point out on the map all the exciting sites worth seeing and visiting, this helped us quite a bit to orientate ourselves around the city. We received daily fresh towels, and the breakfast was quite yummy and plentiful, fresh juice, omelette made upon request. Staff was exceptional Thank you CJ & Ana. Looking forward to returning soon.

The staff, Nuno and Bruno, are exceptional and make each guest feel special and taken care of. The location is close to restaurants and public transportation. Did I mention that it is across the street from the beautiful and historical Carmo Convent?
