Lovely cottage. Very cozy. Loved the sheep roaming past the windows. Excellent pub just down the road. Val is an excellent host. Lots of great local info on things to do and places to eat. We would go back here in a heart beat!

Location was the main priority. It had perfect views of Slievemore and day trips around Achill from the Atlantic Drive to Keem bay and all the small villages. All the appliances worked excellent and had everything we needed to cook and relax in the living area.

The location is perfect for a walk to the beach or around the nearby walking routes while also being within striking distance of all the sites that Achill Island has to offer. Would absolutely recommend to anyone We were there with a four year old who loved her holiday home and a dog who fell into her bed exhausted after the days adventure.

The comunication was always easy and she gave us some tips about restaurants and places to go. Despite the irish summer weather, we had a lovely and resting time and will definately come back!

The house is ideally located close to the beach. Every room was very clean. All modern appliances in the kitchen in case you needed to cook. My favourite feature was in the cosy living room. There was a lovely seat where you could look out to the sea. The beds were very comfy with electric blankets. Our dogs had great space in the kitchen. Our room was fresh, bright and nicely furnished, with excellent en-suite facilities, particularly its great shower. Sinéad is a most welcoming host, who offered lots of advice for local dining and things to do. Breakfast was a treat and much enjoyed. We plan to revisit this area again and can happily recommend Achill Water's Edge, as a lovely place to stay...
