Superb house in perfect condition with private veranda and parking space, located in the first row within the enchanting Tanca Piras village, just 10 meters from the splendid shared swimming pool and with breathtaking views of the sea and the large private park of the Village (64 meters/q). The house is divided into two levels: Ground floor: private veranda with table, chairs and umbrella, ideal place for outdoor lunches and dinners. Large living area with double sofa bed; kitchen equipped with oven and toaster oven, color TV; full bathroom with washing machine. First floor: Double bedroom, bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined if necessary. The two bedrooms directly overlook the sea, the swimming pool and the large park. The house is subject to the obligation of separate collection. The full amount of any penalties due to sorting errors will be entirely borne by the guest. To facilitate waste sorting, we recommend the JUNKER application. We have entered into an agreement with a car rental agency at very affordable prices. Available for further information. If check-in takes place at night (after 20.00) a surcharge will be applied to be paid in cash directly to the reception. A trusted person will be available for both check-in and check-out throughout the year.
Hi, we are Luca and Manuela, we live in Brescia with our son. For us, Sardinia is like a second home as the origins of Manuela are Sardinian. The house where you will stay is for us a meeting point to stay with our family and spend wonderful holidays. We hope that it will also become for you.
The village center is just a few minutes' walk away. There are a few pizzeria restaurants, 2 minimarkets, a post office, a church, a doctor, a pharmacy and public transport stops. Further supermarkets can be found in Gonnesa and Iglesias, a quarter of an hour drive from the village, about 8 km. In the village there is also an inn with bar and pizzeria restaurant.
