Magical place to relax away from the city. Tucked in a beautiful greenery, very beautiful. The dining experience (taste menu) was wonderful.

Set in Bala, Ty'r Afon - River Cottage offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi. The property boasts views of the river and is 45 km from Llandudno. Free private parking is available on site.... The accommodation was brilliant and cosy, and it had everything that you need when travelling with the family. The host came to greet us even though we arrived late and made us feel very welcomed. The cottage is clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything you need is provided. The kitchen is very well equipped and they provided us with some basics for breakfast, which was lovely! The location is stunning, we will definitely come back if we have the chance. Thank you very much for a lovely weekend getaway!

This is the second time we've stayed at Snowdonia Cottage (Glyn Mawr).. It is a beautiful cottage in an absolutely stunning and quiet location. If you want total seclusion and tranquillity, this is it. Simon is a great host/owner who is very quick to respond to any requests via the app. Donna, the housekeeper, is lovely, and she works very hard to ensure the property is immaculately kept. The cottage is minimally furnished, but to a very high standard of quality, comfort, and finish... To be honest there isn't anything that could top it; it's near on perfect in our opinion, and we'd return in a heartbeat.

We booked this cottage on behalf of our site crew who were working in the area. The cottage was immaculate and the hosts are extremely attentive, friendly and very efficient.
