With stunning views of the surrounding fells, The award-winning Strands Inn, Screes Inn & Strands Brewery all sit in the heart of Wasdale Valley. The location is superb, but what's even better is the atmosphere in the pub. Fantastic food and very nice staff. Also really appreciated the good WiFi, because cell service is pretty spotty. If we're ever in the area we're definitely visiting again.

Everything was very well thought out, including the drying and boot room. Great little place. Highly recommended. Very close to Wast Water.

Windsor Cottage is situated in Wasdale. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Providing access to a terrace with mountain views, the apartment consists of 1... The location was excellent! What a view!!

I came here for walking with three other friends and we all wanted our own room and space and this property ticked all the boxes for us and it didn’t disappoint. The cottage is really spacious with a beautiful and unique style. The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable beds - much needed if you’ve been out walking all day!. Great location, peaceful and absolutely amazing views. The hot tub was a decent size and great way to relax after a long days walking.
